My Story

Tarrant County College is a two-year college accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.

TCC was established by a countywide election in July 1965. Our many educational initiatives help us stay true to our mission to provide affordable and open access to quality teaching and learning.

The College implements its mission through a clearly defined set of programs, services, and partnerships that include:

  • University transfer programs
  • Workforce education programs
  • Technical programs
  • Customized training
  • Developmental courses
  • Adult literacy courses
  • Community & Industry Education and community services
