Courtney Cooke

Courtney is a wife, mother of two boys, and an employee.  She has a degree in Business Administration which she obtained while working full time in Quality Management for a multi-national, multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical company.  While there, she was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award in Process Innovation for her development of a process to monitor and report the review and implementation of Quality Manual requirements across 45 R&D, Manufacturing, and Affiliate sites.  She went on to accept a position at a small manufacturing company to further test her organizational and operational skills.  Unfortunately, a downturn in the oil and gas industry led to her lay off before she was able to fully realize several projects.  Today, Courtney is part of Plaid for Women, Inc. and hopes to be able to use her experiences to further the mission and values of the organization.
