Whether this is in a multi-billion dollar global corporation, a rapidly scaling charter school system, or entrepreneurial profit or not-for-profit businesses – the charge is the same: to help individuals and collections of individuals become fully aligned to release their highest potential and power into the marketplace and the world. As an accomplished transformational leader and passionate business executive, my prior experiences in strategic planning, developing leaders, building/growing high performing teams, and maximizing business results have helped to lay the foundation for our work. I thrive by helping individuals and organizations align their values, strengths, and personal goals to the overall strategic vision of their organization while maximizing individual and collective potential. My intention is to help and support executives and leaders in their professional experiences and overall contributions. My strengths include my unwavering commitment to my clients and passion for their success; however they choose to define it. I thrive on delivering ‘big’ yet am known for my attention to detail.
