My Story | MiShon Landry, CDP is a Certified Diversity Professional and owner of Culture Consultants located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Culture Consultants is a strategic Consulting Firm designed to bridge the ever-increasing gap between Inclusion and Leadership. At Culture Consultants, we function as change agents and influencers, providing strategies, solutions, training, tools, resources, and thought leadership. As CEO, MiShon is a Diversity Champion with a passion for Culture, Leadership, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Supplier Diversity, and STEM. She has over a decade of people, program, project management and entrepreneurial expertise. She has been interviewed by several podcasts and magazines including Working Mother, as well as, published on multiple occasions particularly on topics of Leadership, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. MiShon is faith and family oriented, she is deeply involved in the community through her volunteer efforts with the City of North Richland Hills, Keep NRH Beautiful Commission Board, Tarrant County Food Policy Council, Advisory Board for Iron Dallas, Volunteer Event Lead for the Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival, STEM Volunteer for Black Girls Code, Leadership ISD of Tarrant County and Texas CASA. Here are overviews of our most popular service offerings: Navigating Workplace Culture: Leadership and culture are intertwined. In this session participants will be given tools that can assist in overcoming challenges with navigating organizational culture. In this session, participants will gain a deeper understanding of what critical traits and behaviors attribute to Inclusive Leadership and participants will be given practical advice for cultivating sustainable methods of harnessing this aspect of leadership on a routine basis. Unconscious ‘Implicit’ Bias: We all have biases, however recognizing and understanding how these impact ourselves and others in everyday scenarios is key to this imperative for shift in our decision-making process. In this session participants will be given tools to help recognize and mitigate everyday bias.
