As a life and leadership coach, Natalie is focused on helping people build a life of joy. She is a firm believer that happiness and fulfillment lie within each of us and are just waiting to be set free. While her background in leadership at companies like Southwest Airlines, Oracle, and RSM McGladrey prepared her well for coaching, it is her desire to see others find hope and confidence that makes her a sought-out coach and mentor.

Natalie is passionate about helping others discover and appreciate the unique talents and skills that contribute to their success. She helps clients to enhance their self-awareness, take bold steps, build resiliency and celebrate progress! Natalie believes that by focusing on these areas and showing compassion for ourselves and others we can live a joyful life.

I help people who are ready to stop waiting on their goals and dreams.  People who know they have amazing value and know what they want but haven’t yet taken the actions to get it.  I show you how to remove those thoughts that are blocking you so that you can move forward, create  results, and start believing in yourself!

I’ll be honest, many of these came from my own life and years and years of letting myself down.  I spent so many Sunday nights putting together a new plan so I could start fresh on a Monday.  The beginning or a new year or even a new month was always going to be different – and yet it never was.  I was sick and tired of procrastinating on myself.
