Below are some common download instructions:

• Mobile devices such as phones and iPads, do not allow downloading through a link.
• All files are sent using PDF format. Most computers have a PDF reader. If yours does not, Adobe Reader is the most common one and it’s free. You can download it here.
• If you can’t find the file once it’s downloaded, try looking in Downloads under My Computer or search the title of the file on your computer.

You may NOT distribute, edit, copy, or otherwise alter these PDFs and printables, including reselling, relicensing, or redistributing.

1) Terms

All sales are final. By purchasing in our store, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2) Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporally download one copy of downloadable material in the shop for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a grant of license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

a. Modify or copy the material

b. Use the material for commercial purposes

c. Remove the copyright or other proprietary notations from the material

d. Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server.

2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. You agree that Plaid for Women contains proprietary content that is owned by the company and/or it’s licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing, or uploading product files to sharing sites is considered stealing, and the company will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3) Disclaimer

The materials on the shop website are provided as is. The shop makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or violation of rights. Further, the shop does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website.

4) Limitations

In no event shall the shop be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, damages as a result of an app, a platform, or website this shop uses to maintain normal business procedures) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the shop’s website, even if the shop or an authorized agent of this shop has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5) Payment Policy

You are responsible to pay for the Plaid for Women products in full before receiving the product download and for providing us with a valid credit/debit card. Our products are digital products. Nothing will be shipped to you.

6) Technical Support

Technical support is not included. You are responsible to make sure you can open the PDFs, files, pictures with software on the device you are using. Our products do not work on mobile devices. We will never ask you to pay an additional fee to open the file. If that happens, the message is not coming from our shop.
