Amber AlexanderAmber Alexander brings over fifteen years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fund

development, and wellness-focused mission work. She has a proven track record of driving strategic growth and cultivating meaningful community partnerships.

Amber previously served as a CEO and executive leader within the YMCA movement, leading teams and initiatives across both Indiana and Arizona. Her entrepreneurial spirit also led her to found and operate a successful wellness business in Arizona, emphasizing her enduring commitment to holistic health and generational change. Most recently, she served as the Director of Major Donors and Corporate Partnerships at Girls Inc. of Tarrant County.

Deeply engaged in her community, Amber serves on the Board of Directors for both the Jacob Way Organization and The EliStrong Foundation. She is a 2024–2025 Ambassador for the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and a member of the 2025 Keyholder Cohort of Steer Fort Worth—demonstrating her passion for civic leadership and empowering others.

Amber holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Ball State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Development at the University of Texas at Dallas. She plans to earn ICF certification in executive coaching as part of her continued dedication to leadership development.

Amber and her husband of 15 years, Jeff, are the proud parents of two sons, who inspire her daily to lead with empathy, resilience, and purpose.
