Alexis Holguin is the Owner of The Fundamental HR Pros based in Arlington, TX. The Fun HR Pros is an HR consulting firm that focuses on helping companies with future growth plans establish an HR infrastructure to support that growth by aligning its HR Strategy and People Strategy with business objectives.
Alexis is an active member of the Arlington community. She is involved in several local organizations, including the Arlington Chamber of Commerce Women’s Alliance, the co-chair of the Thursday Networking Group, and is a member of the Young Professionals Group. As an active golf member of Shady Valley Country Club, Alexis has significantly contributed to the Women’s Golf Association, serving on both the General and Executive Boards for six years. Alexis is committed to promoting women’s participation in golf and has mentored female beginner golfers through the Genesis program for the past three years.
Alexis and her husband have been married for 11 years. She is a health and fitness enthusiast, avid golfer, and enjoys binging the latest shows and audiobooks.
